针对我国农林剩余物规模化转化与利用的重大需求,以及合成生物学规模化应用对非粮可发酵糖原料的需求,木质纤维绿碳材料项目部依据玉米秸秆、蔗渣、芒草等原料特性,基于整合生物质精炼的策略,建立了清洁改良磺化预处理-低成本高固酶解糖化,以及副产物综合利用关键集成技术,木质素脱除率>85%,糖液浓度>150 g/L,糖液适合发酵产乙醇、丁醇和DHA等。预处理分离的可溶性磺化木质素可用作染料分散剂、水泥减水剂和植物生长促进剂等;糖化残余酶解木质素可用于产板材生物粘合剂(依据中国国家标准(GB/T 17657-2013)人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法,胶黏剂压制的胶合板超过II类胶合板的标准(>0.7 MPa))、生物炭黑或橡胶相容剂。前期已与山东寿光巨能金玉米开发有限公司开展合作,建成了年处理千吨级原料的秸秆整合生物质精炼中试示范;木质素改性材料和生物质功能橡胶核心技术通过了中国化工学会技术鉴定(国际先进),实现了木质素复合天然橡胶的规模化应用示范(产能1万吨/年)。
